TOPIC: An Introduction to UX Design by Scott Granneman

Design is more than how something looks, it's how it works, and how it
feels to use.

This talk introduces the fundamentals of User Experience (UX) design
by tracing its roots in graphic and industrial design, human-computer
interaction, and usability.

We'll examine what makes interfaces intuitive, when difficulty is
purposeful, and how methods like user-centered design and the 5 Whys
help uncover root problems. Along the way, you'll see how UX connects
theory to practice and why good design means aligning user needs with
business goals to create meaningful, effective experiences.
